As you can see, many reasons involve having just too much fun to sit down and write. However, you’ll be happy to know that most of my excuses also involve yummy things to eat and drink.
Think decadent poutine in Montreal (above). To-die-for butterscotch pudding in San Francisco. Chorizo-and mussels ---- the signature dish of 2013 ---- in Santa Barbara. And a foot-long chunk of hearts of palm, straight from the tree and onto the grill, in Rio de Janeiro.
