No matter what your politics, you gotta love the dedication and artistic talent involved in this "portrait" of the President-Elect, fashioned from 1, 240 cupcakes (and reported on msnbc).

Baker Zilly Rosen created the giant dessert during the campaign and gave it to election workers in Buffalo, NY to enjoy.

She is now working on a 5,600-cupcake installation of Obama and Abraham Lincoln for the Smithsonian American Art Museum, on display Feb. 14.
